★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シンガポールに転居してきた際にこちらのエージェントを使いましたが、契約期間の2年間の間に不誠実な対応をされることが数多くあり正直言って後悔しています。
いくつか例を挙げていきますと、まずエアコンの故障についてオーナー側のエージェントに修理依頼の連絡しないまま放置されたことで1か月以上故障した状態が続きました。またベランダにハトが巣を作って困るためネットを張ってほしいというリクエストをした際には全く動いてもらえず結局私が見積もりをとってオーナーと交渉しました。極めつけは退去引き渡し時ですがエージェントであるにも関わらず当日現れず、インベントリーの確認やデポジット返還の交渉をすべてオーナー側エージェントと私が行うことになりました。
もしこちらのエージェントをご検討されている方がいれば再考されることをお勧めします。
 I used this agent when I moved to Singapore, but honestly I regret that there have been many unfaithful responses during the two-year contract period.
To give some examples, air conditioner failures have been left for more than a month due to being left without contacting the agent on the owner's side for repairs. Also, when I asked the veranda for a pigeon to build a nest and set up a network because I was in trouble, I didn't get any movement and ended up negotiating with the owner with an estimate. The ultimate was at the time of departure and delivery, but despite being an agent, it did not appear on the day, and the owner agent and I all negotiated inventory confirmation and negotiation of deposit return.
If you are considering this agent, we encourage you to reconsider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and efficient, with immediate contact almost 24hrs a day. The apartment I rented from them was in a lovely building by Jurong Lake. Easy to predict and manage. A window in the bedroom got badly cracked somehow, and they didn't charge me, even though they could have. In fact, I got all the deposit back, which rarely happens in England. I had confidence in them from the beginning. Would definitely use them again if I return to Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience with the owner's agent during my stay at the condo. One time, she helped to coordinate with the owner for emergency repair of a leaking water heater. During handover back to the owner, there was clear communication about what I needed to fix/replace to get the entire deposit back. She also helped me to forward some mail that was sent to my previous address after moving out.
