Sunny my eyebrow technician is amazing in her service and her patience in getting the shape of my eyebrow done as my arch on 1 side is relatively higher than the other. She managed to get it right and gave me an amazing looking brow! Kudos to Sunny! Thank you for making me look naturally pretty now!!! Btw, I had a hybrid combo done in case you ladies.

Vivian is very caring and has lots of patience in catering to all my questions and sorts. Previous reviews wrote that the whole process is painless? but maybe my threshold is a little low so I am very honest to say there will be some pain but very manageable and she will always check with you and top up the numbing cream or liquid so it's nothing to be worried about. ? looking forward to my touch up and the final looks ?

She is very detailed and make sure that I’m satisfied with the brow shape before applying the numb cream. She is caring and will keep checking in during the process to see if I’m okay and if there is any pain. I’m very satisfied with the end result and highly recommend Connie to anyone who is keen to try eyebrow embroidery. Thanks Connie!

She took meticulous care to ensure that the eyebrow embroidery was shaped well according to a person’s face shape and bone structure. Connie also repeatedly checked to make sure there was no pain and was very thorough in explaining the after care. There was no hard-sell and the rest of the team also seemed very hospitable.

The Brow Therapist, Connie was very warm in welcoming me to the salon and showed excellent customer service throughout my brow session. She displayed excellent product knowledge and was open to my queries on the process. She will constantly check in on my comfort level and adjust her pace where necessary but i didn't need any adjustments as it was an entirely painless process and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
