β β β β β It's a nice office building, but there's absolutely no reason to go there unless you have a meeting with one of the university research groups or companies that are located there. No retail, no other services.

β β β β β The eco-business park is a great place to work, with lot of greenery all around .
May research centers are located inside the building: NEWRI, ERI@N, and so on.
Shuttle buses are provided to nearest MRT stations, and lunch time shuttle buses are available to NTU campus.
Public transportation included Bus No: 199 towards NTU and Boonlay MRT.

β β β β β Don't think that the car park is attached to the building, it is but access is not. So if you need to carry something, just park at any level. Getting into the office is high tech, good thing the security was helpful. Thanks

β β β β β Commercial building with NTU's labs occupied in few levels. Surrounded by jurong eco garden, there's a diverse ecosystem living here. There's a pottery barn too! Come here and visit the garden and barn on a weekend for fun! Who knows? you might spot some rare birds ?, non-venomous green snakes ? wild boar ? and many more!!
