★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valentine's Day Flowers were very tired looking when they arrived on Saturday 13/2 .They also didn't last. It's Monday and most of them are already dead despite trimming the stems, feeding and placing in fresh water. Deeply Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling service and subsequent customer service. Valentines Day flowers arrived 8 hours later than the agreed window (10pm!), wilted and hot after being in a van all day. The team has not once answered my phone calls (at least 10 attempts) and has made no effort at all to make up for the poor experience, bad quality flowers. Avoid at all costs.
