I really don't understand the bad reviews: I called and immediately a very kind lady answered and told me to go there. Went there, everybody was very kind and professional, they solved my problem very quickly (and very patiently because I couldn't decide). Thank you very much.

Will give zero stars if i could. They are the distributor of Sudio earphones and it is one of the worse items i have bought in my life yet they pay so much influencers to promote their products but cant use that money to create a decent product.

Went to their place for a warranty exchange after online appointment booking. Took 2 hour but quite worth it as they quickly agree to exchange my defective for a new one, and upgrade with a small top-up.

called so many times and nobody picks up, it gets cut off after a while. sudio sucks big time. my earbuds started acting up after the first month

I didn't book an appointment in advance however they still helped me patiently even though they were 30 minutes to ending work. Really happy to get my spoilt earpiece replaced with a brand new one!!

A little frustrating to get into contact with them, mail message from their website will not get you a response, called multiple times but no one picks up. However I did get a swift response when I wrote an email directly to them (same email address as the one from their website link). Issue solved in a day and staff i met there was quite friendly. (I bought a Audio Pro product from AmazonSG)

The Monster earphones they carry are of terrible qualities. Bought the 102 Airlinks last year and starting from week 1 problems occur. Cannot charge. After charging, Less than 1 hr no battery, etc. Made at least 4 changes and the problem still remain. Wanted to buy another brand for son but he wanted to buy back Monster as the sound quality is ok but guess what. .... After charging and pairing, the left side is not working at all. Came to change and the staff is very rude. Telling me he can't change the 102 airlink again if got problem. Don't buy Monster earphones. They are not willing to adhere to their 1 to 1 exchange if there is a defect to their product. Would give 0 star if I can. Just changed a new one and still the same problem. The left side no sound at all. After charging for few hours, it showed only 10% battery left. This 6.0 ANC is worse than the 102 Airlink
