★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them to send someone to pick up the empty drums from our premises , called on friday and arranged on saturday , lady on the phone said will try to arrange or else will be monday . Saturday didnt come didnt call . Nevermind ! Maybe I got the wrong idea as I clearly told her to call and confirm if they coming anot as due to space constraint we had to bring down all the 20pcs of drums from the racks and put back again . Monday comes , No news No call ! What is this ? I mean its okay if you are not coming you cant make it but at least have the courtesy to make a call and inform us right ?
