★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new bus interchange and now it is quite a walk away from JEM and Westgate shopping mall as it is moved beside Jcube, Jurong East regional library and opposite Genting hotel. Now a five minutes walk instead of right outside the popular JEM and Westgate

Very convenient to see the buses arrival time.
Though not all the shops have been operating, there are quite a number of shops to buy the necessaries.
Is very compact to look out for the buses stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, overall, the interchange itself is pretty good. Although it's not a intergrated hub, this interchange is quite big itself. With a lot of bus guides to collect, and a variety of shops, it makes a good location for the interchange. However, the one thing I don't like is that you have to walk 5-10 minutes from the MRT station to the Interchange, as you need to walk on the link bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and unreliable schedule lately. Timing at the berth says bus is arriving but suddenly change to “8 min”. 3 min in, the bus decides to arrive. Please fix your schedule to provide more accurate info to passengers pls, esp if the info is coming from your berth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the larger size interchanges, however the layout is not the most convenient. Some of the buses which are going to the same directions or at the very two ends of the station, making it very inconvenient for people to choose between two buses. Despite the fact they do have an update on digital schedule board, the timing isn't totally accurate . The location also becomes extremely hectic for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
