β β β β β i call them to ask the downstair neighboor to minimize the noise. told me that they cant do anything until 10:30. which means i cant sleep before 10:30 and still wake up at 4. I need to understand the noisy neighbor. wow. just wow.

β β β β β So you know how most Police Centers are very obvious and easy to spot. This one begs to differ. Whoever finds this NPC should get an achievement unlocked in real life.
However, once I located the most hidden and fortified NPC co-located inside the womb of the Community Centerβthe officers were polite, nice and welcoming.
A shame they have to play build-a-fort with the CC when they have a bunch of the friendliest officers around town.
