★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to share my positive experience during my visit to get a replacement long term pass. I hurt my knee recently & had to use a walking stick. The queue was pretty long which meant standing for some time.
On seeing my condition, the security officer was kind enough to let me sit & told me he'd call once my turn was up. I unfortunately didn't get his name.
To the kind officer: If you're reading this. Just wanted to say a big thank you. ?
