- SMS queue system is a big joke.
- Missed queue numbers screen is not used.
Spent 1.5h waiting to complete 7min formality.
It’s ridiculous! What a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very huge port. If you need to go to main gate there's always a free shuttle service for every 30 mins. There's a seaman club which has free WiFi and other indoor games. Walking through the port isn't advisable as it's too huge
