★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is truly a very effective therapy for relaxation and de-stress. After every session of full body therapy, I sleep like a baby.
Recently, due to the COVID lockdown, I attended an online class to learn how to do the therapy on my own specifically for my eyes. It was very useful since we are now staring ever so much more at our computer screens while working from home. I definitely feel the relief on my eyes after just a few minutes of applying the Seifu technique.
I would highly recommend anyone to give this a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some friends and I had a very good session with Tricia on 9 May going through the basic on Seifu technique for relaxation and to relieve eye strain. It was a fun online session teaching us as newbies. Tricia was very patient and helpful in guiding us via Zoom connection. Some of us have eye floaters so hope the eye massage will help a lot. After the session we definitely felt more relaxed and the eyes not so dry. The session was really enjoyable and beneficial. Many thanks to Tricia! I definitely will recommend to my friends to try Seifu with Tricia.
