Just Wash Lah - #03-44

Go at your own risk. Brought my bike for a wash today and they broke my bike plate. They claimed that it was broken before I let them wash but I was at my bike shop doing maintenance before heading over and I did a check before leaving the bike shop and everything was fine. Was given a free "wash" to compensate for it but despite after "wash" parts of the bike are dry and most parts are still filled with dirt. Was told that basic wash couldn't remove the dirt, however, when they took a cloth over to wipe, the dirt is gone and it could even be removed with my own finger. Highly suspect they didn't even wash it as the mirror still filled with finger print and dust only the wheels are wet

This is mine 5th visit, used to be very good, now the standard has drop significantly. When i collect my car, the handbrake was pull all the way up and almost couldn't be released. I also notice water mark all over my windscreen when driving home. Guy wearing specs (seems to be their supervisor) is super rude. It will be definitely my last visit. Go at your own risk!

Worse experience, I bring my bike to wash for $10 wash then the Indian guy there say I never have appointment with attitude and next slot is available at 7:20PM. I told him nvm I just wait and come back at 7:10. when come back he ask me to bring my bike in also with very bad attitude then start complaining we can’t wash rim and can’t this can’t that….I told him I come here from north side just to support you and check your service…& $10 you already advertise including all services then I told him I go other place is cheep and they do full service but I come here just to check your services and it’s really bad exp with you. Then he again reply very rude and ask to go other place they can’t wash rims…. Moral of the story: Don't go there and waste ur time and money.

Used to be the must go for washes. Disappointed with the appointment system and service. Booking was made on the system few days in advance. Came down all the way from Yishun, then the staff told me nobody else is available to wash my bike. He is handling one Mercs that need few more hrs. Initially I'm alright if I'm turn away due to your workers really down due to family issues as I was told. However, when I'm leaving, 1 car arrived and your staff accepted him. The solid quality of service providing previously are down to drain to all your royal customers. Previously due to long delay waiting time, we can accept due to the affordable rates. After this turn away experience, I will deserved better services elsewhere.

Everything about this place is abysmal. From the poor customer service, to the poor quality of the end product. I regret not reading through the reviews before I went. Because looking at the numerous bad reviews, its exactly what i went through. From having to wait for my car to be accepted despite making an appointment (i had to go around asking for my car to be accepted for about 20 mins before they took over), to being entertained in a sacarstic manner by staff, to being told that an exterior wash will cost $52! (Only when probed further, was informed that there is an exterior wash option for $17 and that the $52 option was stated from the onset as "it comes with 'coating'.....if i want"), to a truly disappointing end product (water marks and stains still visible all over windows and exterior, towel fibres seen all over dashboard and head unit). Paid 109 dollars for cleaner than hospital package and exterior wash. Felt like admitting myself in hospital after that due to the heartpain. Supposed to be a 3 hr cleaning session...accepted my car at 6.50pm (accepted only, havent start yet)...i came back at 9.25pm and car was all ready and done. Didnt wish to kick up a fuss at the scene because from what i had seen that day, it would not have made any difference as this place appears to be totally incapable. Nevermind...with CNY upcoming, will take the 109 bucks spent as performing charity, thus accumulating good karma as I enter the new year. First and last time...

Did the cleaner than clinic but doesn’t feel a difference in the cleanliness in my car interior…the car seat were just applied with some conditioning and interior just wipe down only. They spray some stuff on my dashboard and the spray dirtied the windscreen but they didn’t clean it off at all. I only noticed it after driving home and have to spend time cleaning the whole interior windscreen myself to remove the chemical that they used to spray on my dashboard. Certainly a letdown considering I wanted to have a cleaner interior for CNY. Definitely not worth the price.

Last time they're really quite good even for the basic washing. But now, I feel that it can be improved. So if you just need a really basic washing, they're pretty ok, cause it's just $10. The staff there are really quite friendly too.

I was quite amazed when I saw them doing the work from the opposite side, the amount of times and efforts they put into the car to get it clean is jaw dropping. Even as the car was done washing and shifted out from washing bay, they continued wiping it as they spotted some water mark or dirt. I decided to give it a try when my car had done repairing, they didn't disappoint me. Although it didn't take as much tinibg as the other cars, probably those are regulars. However, judging from the standard, I would say it is 1 of the best car wash in Singapore, with the affordable price of $10, the car was manual washed, jet sprayed, air blown, interior vacuum as well as tyre shine. Don't get me wrong, they are not the only 1 did this but as I said they probably put in more efforts than others.
