★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed in the translation work but give a 2 for the effort though. I always have delays in receiving back the work done that it took about 1.5months from the beginning to the end of the translation for less than 2hours audio conversation recording of Chinese to English. There were missing words translated from a full conversation or other words were added into the translation which gives a totally different meaning to the sentence. If I am looking for future translation work to be done and more professionally, I would find another company to do so, without the need to be concern over spelling words, grammatical error and proper sentence structure.
