Does its job, but the functionality and user friendliness of this software is in web 1.0 era.

It's convenient and okay to access leave and pay roll.

We have used Justlogin since 2016. We use payroll and leave and are very happy with Justlogin.

TLDR: Use this service only if you have a single type of workforce and you have the time/personnel to comprehend and set it up. Otherwise, it's more trouble than it's worth, you will be trapped in a long term contract with a service that doesn't serve your needs. It is beyond comprehension how this was approved and listed as a solution that aids productivity. It takes more time to attempt to set up and use than if it were done manually. Note that the service is unable to compute hourly pay for part timers. You will also be unable to set up and automate a public holiday policy. In addition you will have to put in additional effort to correct the hours manually so that it can reflect your public holiday policy. It doesn't help that the modules are operating independently and you may be befuddled at the implications of the fields and which value does the System take into account when processing its calculations. (E.g. you may have to key in the pay in multiple modules, such as user profile and pay module). You will find it hard to edit fields at a unified place, be it Global or individualised setting, as you are never sure when does it operate on a Global v Individual settting, when does it apply to roles or when are you supposed to apply to rosters, or which supersedes the other. The Customer Service team is polite and tries their best to help out. Unfortunately, they do not know their product well enough, nor are they sufficiently trained to understand the pain point/problem. With solutions proposed by their backend team, you will be offered a convoluted and long workaround for your pain point, which may or may not be a long term or scalable solution for you. You may also be left extremely frustrated at having to spend time on a workaround rather than have a easy solution, or at having to understand the awkward phrasing. As for the account manager (Miss J?), you can't blame them for acting in their self interests rather than yours, especially when you consider that the PSG is in their sights. Shop around for a solution that suits you, and be sure that you try out the features and demo yourself rather than take verbal affirmation of what is doable as there may be miscommunications there.

JustLogin is an all-inclusive package with an exceptionally simple and user-friendly platform that seamlessly integrates almost all possible HR operations. Moreover, it promotes smooth interactions between the teams and accurate dissemination of information.

We have been using JustLogin for a few years now. While the system provides all required items for payroll and other admin management, the usability aspect is what makes it a pleasure to work with. There a number of areas where JustLogin provides exactly what you would expect the system to assist with. Some great thoughts have gone into making it what it is today. Would recommend to any business!
