★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an alternative option to send a care package (Asian snacks and random goodies) from Singapore to US. Initially, I wanted to send my parcel through local mail services but their prices were too expensive. Fortunately, I found JustShip and was very happy with the service and it too a little over a week to reach my sister. The price was reasonable and everything arrived fully intact. I would recommend weighing each individual item before placing them in the box, so it will be less hassle and avoid delays during custom clearance. Will definitely use them again in the near future. Thank you!

I opted for their repacking service and they managed to repack my items more efficiently and in turn, reduce my shipping cost significantly. Overall a very positive experience and I would most definitely choose them again.

Though late arriving it was due to the current headache of international logistics over which they had no control. The high recommendations from a couple of friends were accurate. Trixie was my main contact and she was brilliant, patient, kind, cheerful, very helpful & effective with all my queries & paperwork. I nervously sent three huge boxes of my husbands and mother in law’s items across the atlantic ocean to USA and was so pleasantly surprised that it not only arrived early, but was also in the almost exact same condition when i sent it out. Hubby was so excited that he requested his items be sent by JustShip only! On top of that, the amazing service and efficient replies from the customer service crew is simply amazing. They will reply in one day’s grace and will help you find links to official websites detailing requirements of the country you’re sending the items to! You can even ask them for guidance if you don’t quite get what the websites are trying to tell you. In short, if you’re shipping, use JustShip! Can’t thank you enough! Attached is a picture of my mil’s three large boxes when it arrived in pristine condition! Thank you, JustShip!
