Purchased product from them. Product is faulty and company is unresponsive!! Terrible!

DO NOT BUY AT THIS SHOP. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CAROUSELL REVIEWS BECAUSE IT'S FROM A LONG TIME AGO AND THERE ARE SOME WHICH ARE FAKE. I have NEVER left a google review before so you can imagine how infuriated i am. Purchased a product on their website and received no email receipt, no news from them. 4 days later, decided to hop back onto their carousell page and message the owner. Owner was EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful. The website claimed that they will send us an email update once order has been handed to courier, but we received NO UPDATES. When asked about courier and timing, they said "No live tracking, 3rd party courier". "i give you you also cant track". 3rd Party Couriers are still your business couriers. you should have the decency to contact them when your customer needs an answer on date/timings. It is impossible that you don't have their contact number. And worse still, providing no receipts, emails, texts, or updates at all is a HUGE NO for any business.
