If there is 0 star, this place certainly will get it. Maybe it is harsh but the service I received here is beyond words. Once the boss sold you his car, they ignore you and whatever problem you faced with the car after. Before selling you, they promise all sort of services and repairs as they own their own workshop and even stated the terms in their "own" contract. Once I got my car, my engine started leaking immediately within 2 weeks and engine was covered under their warrenty. So the boss was willing to repair the car BUT he kept my car there for 4 days and never repair the problem and he still say he do free repairs for me but got to charge me for labour fees. At this point, i still believe the boss stupidly. Less than a month later, my engine blew up while on the highway and stopped. I tried calling k auto about the engine issues and no reply so I send the car to my regular mechanic and found out nothing was repaired at k auto when the car was send in for 4 days!! My regular mechanic strip the engine and show me. Thanks to my stupidly, my engine got to be overhaul and thousands of dollars sunk in not to mentioned that my life was at risked because the engine blew up while on the highway which could have resulted in a accident. Best part is the boss of k auto still assure me that my engine is in tip top condition and nothing will happen to it and he said that he dared to personally guarantee it before selling me the car. Once something happened, the boss is nowhere to be seen. His favourite phrase "my reputation is more important than making your money for the sale", so full of bullshit. Furthermore this is just one of the many problems I faced with him beside the engine issues. Please beware when using this workshop or buying anything from them and please don't fall into the same situation as me and end up spending unnecessary money and time. Of course if you think they are good, continue to use them then and ignore my warning.
