★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give them a full mark on this. I ordered a bouquet late Monday evening on 17th May and was informed the earliest delivery slot was on 20th May. However, the staff was very very accomodating when they found out that the receiver birthday actually falls on the following day (18th May) and they manage to slot in my delivery to make it on time for the birthday girl ! Kudos to the team for accomodating !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From what was advertised are 12 stems i was given only 10 each instead and the fan shape is not there. 1 stalk is too high, the other 1 stem buds were missing.
Lady was quick to deny and unfriendly . Unprofessional service, a total regret. I bought 3. Will not order again!
