Didnt stay but called their line to asking for monthly room rate for 1 of our foreign staff. The person whom picked up my phone at 9:25am on the 26/1/22 was rude and unprofessional. After giving the quote without greeting, he just hang up the phone. Wondering if you dont need customers now or your hotel is fully booked during this Pandemic. I was in Hotel line before also, so this service and attitude is unacceptable although understand yours is a Motel not a Hotel. - Lack of professional - Lack of customer service Please think twice if you wanna stay here, else you are paying to be treated like a needy.

I do not recommend this hotel..poor service

Lots of ants in the property. On complaint Mr.Sam offered different place to stay.

Frankly speaking what I would say that this is the most horrible hotel that I ever come across totally regret to stay in for a night for $98 it's totally uncleaned and so smelly .only 10 minutes I stay in and I booked out I totally can't stand this horrible and unhygienic place.not recommended to everyone sorry to gave a bad comments about this hotel

Worst budget hotel, Disappointed. Had book 4 days 3 nights , First day of stay , check in at 6pm++ the staff was not friendly . Done checking in and My room was on 3rd floor.. there’s no lift so need to physically climb up 3rd floor . Firstly ,When I open the room door and steps in the sour smell flew out..ohh my god. I had book “king size” bed room, but get combined single bed and the pillow was old and flattened also can see the previous guest hair inside the pillow cover . No cupboard for clothes to put. When I open the toilet door , the terrible stinky urine smell came out till almost faint . The floor carpet it’s very dirty can’t bear legs and walk becaus it itch my foot till red spots . Lastly the Aircond was not cold wind not strong ,open 18°C but like 26°C and also it’s very old. I had made a complaint and requested to change hotel , they found me a better sister branch hotel but need to pay extra charge $120+ for another 3 days really not worthy compare the price with other budget hotels. VERY Disappointed Stay compare with other almost Same price budget hotels. Hopefully the management will take seriously care about the cleanness and the facilities are still in good condition .

Ok for one or two nights max. The stuff is nice but no elevator and the room is moldy. Hot water didn't work and toilet was leaking. There where a lot of renovations going on, so there is a chance this place looks different in the future.

I needed a hotel for one night while transiting in Singapore. K Hotel 8 was the cheapest hotel (not hostel) I found, so I booked it. As a cheap hotel, it's fine. The building, room, and fittings are old but I found my room to be reasonable, clean, and sufficiently comfortable. The WiFi worked, the air conditioning worked, as did the toilet and shower. I'm not incredibly fussy about accommodation and this hotel was fine for me for one night. There is no lift, only stairs. I was on the fourth floor. This wasn't a problem for me but people with disabilities may find this property unsuitable. Check in was quick and simple. When I checked out at 5am, there was nobody on the front desk. There was a WhatsApp number left for emergencies. I just left my key. At night the hotel was a little bit hard to find. Geylang is a colourful area in Singapore, and the main road is wall to wall restaurants and other sources of food. Reading up about the area after I had stayed there, it appears that the area has been cleaned up compared to what I read.
