★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea who spoke to me on the phone (probably the secretary) which was utterly unprofessional and uncalled for with frequent use of "la" "leh" "lor".
Based on this first encounter, i would not recommend pursuing further legal advice or consultation.
First she told me that Annulment is not cheap and will cost around $4k plus. And then I told her that I've researched and it should be about $2-3k. Then she quickly replied saying she could lower the price? That doesn't sound like it is legal at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst law firm I have ever came across my entire life! Received a call after query form filled with singaporelegaladvice. The lawyer or secretary, was extremely unprofessional and talks and asks questions relating to my legal advices. Like an old hag asking me to be on the favor of the defendants party!! Obviously I will never engage this law firm! Where’s your fair jurisdictions? Should shut down this law firm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning for all who want to get this law firm to act for them..
First poor quality, the lawyer did not act as what they have to do.. all they wanted is what u told them and they act accordingly. They won't advise like u should do this or u should do that
Second , not responsive. U have to keep chase them and they would took months or weeks to respond to u.
And third they are not cheap too.
If u still have plan to go with them wish you good luck..

I find her and her team very performant, efficient , professional and strict. in the meanwhile close to people and accountable. In a world that there are many people exercising this profession, it is really a chance to meet her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me free consultation, ended up paying a few hundred dollars. I would have been ok if i was informed that i needed to pay. The issue is i didn't know. She only told me at the end of the session that i needed to pay her by the clock and when i checked in she told me free consultation meant it was free for the first 20 mins. I remembered being so emotional that i ended up crying, i was stressed and now i had to pay when i wasnt sure if i was going to use them. Zero empathy. She just told me coldly i could pay cash or through paynow. I will never recommend this law firm to anyone. Horrible service! Plain awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely unprofessional. lady who I spoke to was very flippant, casual and borderline rude in her tone. wanted to apply for a deed poll which should be a fast process. that lady gave me wrong information, then proceeded to be passive aggressive and blamed me after I called again to clarify. would 100% NOT recommend.

As a foreigner in Singapore, I was very humbled and grateful for the level of commitment Madam KK Lee showed to me in helping me out with my case.
She is highly dedicated to the law and is ready to help her client, no matter who her client is.
I had sought legal advice on a tenancy matter and she did not charge me for the breaks she took during our consultation, which shows how sincere and honest she is (small things matter and show character).
I would highly recommend her to any of my friends (ex-pat/non-expat).
