Last month, I met with an accident and crashed my Japanese car into a Porshe at a junction. Being slightly disorientated, I was told by my insurer to pick a workshop from a list. I was glad I chose K. Kim Hin Auto among the many offered. Sandra who attended to me the following day when I made a report was pleasant and very sincere in helping me. They also offered a replacement car of the same make for me while my car was under repair. During the repair period, questions that I have are promptly answered/clarified over WhatsApp. On the day of collection, little issues like missing IU cover etc were very quickly rectified by the mechanics. The $10 note I forgot to remove in the car was also still there. Based on my experience, this workshop knows the value of long-term business. This will be my go-to workshop moving forward. 1 week ago, I met with a car accident on my way to work and had to look through the long list of authorised workshop under my insurer, i picked this workshop on the list after reading their many good review online and subsequently did my accident claim report at K.kim hin auto. I met Sharon and her professionalism and efficiency was top notch, she explained to me the process of claiming insurance,the timeline for individual surveyor and gave me a replacement car. She follow up closely with m4 via message and update me of the status. Within a few days, the car was repaired and the claim against the other party was successful. The repairman also explain carefully what was changed, the charges as well as providing me aftersale service of 6 months warranty if there is any further problem. Getting into an car accident and claiming insurance is a stressful and time consuming phase. I am really glad that this workshop provide some good pointers and their efficiency really help alot and assuring for this whole ordeal. First choice for authorised workshop. Hope it can help fellow drivers to make a speedy choice! Good reliable workshop is hard to come by. Important note, do not pass T+14 after accident date even if there is dispute claims against each party. Or you risk insurer not paying. It happens quite often!

Went for car back and front accident repair. Quoted very much less compared to another nearby workshop. Settled all the paperwork for 3rd party insurance claim altho I had wasted a lot of time with the nearby workshop. Repair work is excellent. Highly recommended for accident repair and claims. Sandra is very efficient and helpful. Will go back for normal servicing.

Got a replacement car on the spot and estimated repair timeline was accurate, with constant updates. Repairs were done with high quality. Hassle free and trustworthy, top class workshop.

Car boot and bumper needed replacement after rear end crash. Very professionally done and promptly. Timely updates from the mechanic Simon, who very kindly helped me with another minor issue. Received car in pristine cleaned up condition, looks almost new! Top notch customer service and quality of work. The folks here at K Kim Hin Auto has left me truly impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. They were very proactive in providing updates on the status of my repair work; very patient in answering all my queries concerning my car repair; and the quality of their repair work shows. They even offered me a temporary replacement car during my last visit as they thought I had to run an errand for a few hours. Very impressed. Will start using this garage for routine servicing as well!

Sent my vehicle to K. Kim Hin Auto for repairs after an accident. Overall a very pleasant and stress free experience, with Sandra handling the paperwork and Simon assisting in the repairs. Simon updated me at every stage of the repairs. The quality of the workmanship is superb and better than the car factory standard. The gap between the new bumper and body is narrower and more precise than the factory specs. The freshly sprayed metallic paint work is also of factory standard with a high level of gloss and had a very close match with no difference in colour between the resprayed bumper and rest of the car body. Am highly impressed!
