★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to a Mr Liu. He is absolutely unprofessional. Called him to ask for repair of fire-rated door and he offered to come down to take a look but all along he was only interested to replace the whole door. On the day of the appointment then told us if we don't replace the door, he would not come down and told me not to waste each other's time! DO NOT ENGAGE!
