★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website rent-a-locker don't work. They collect payment but no info back if they have assigned a locker for school. You need to check periodically.. Your loss, their gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer svc really really bad, the attitude of the staff was really hot tempered and just a few queries was like making him hit through the roof. Other companies, not exactly doing lockers and staff, are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you will have a good impression of them, whereas this company in terms of customer service area sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had called end of Jan 2022 as my child is having issue with the locker. Only ask a few question and the customer service start to feel annoyed and talked back with a very bad attitude. Her name is Valerie.
