β β β β β We approached nicely to ask what could be done about a product that stopped working but which was still within warranty. From about the third sentence on, the lady at the counter started raising her voice. Unpleasant. I had to tell her that I could hear her very well, thank you.
Beware, they are not happy with warranty claims
