Not really consider a mall ... Just a regular shop houses from MacDonald to fruits bread etc including a big sheng siong supermarket...

There are sheng sheong and McDonald, hair salons, bakery shops, Cheers, handphones shops etc.

Almost any condiments can be found at a very affordable price.

One of the mature housing estate in the East Singapore with many amnesty for your needs and wonderful Malay foods at warong Java stall and Nurain stall

The word "Mall" is quite misleading as it is actually a stretch of HDB shophouses. An array of typical neighbourhood shophouse businesses like bakeries, hardware shops, hairdressing salons, convenience store, kopitiams, fast food outlet McDonald's, etc... In the vicinity there's Sheng Shiong, a wet market and a cooked food hawker centre.

I'm staying near this place. It has two fast food restaurants there. Can dine in at Mac Donald and there is a Pizza Hut next to blk 538 hawker centre which only cater for takeaway. Tang Shan 唐山 is also there, they are selling many sauce and paste etc. Also can get their company Ah char there too. Sheng Siong is beside Tang Shan and it is 24hours. A bit crowded during weekend and public holidays. Carpark got limited spaced but can park at the nearest car park at the HDB and walk there, not far... at walking distance. There are 3 coffee shops. After the Cheer shop, walking down further, there is a coffee shop. There is a Malay stall (one and only malay stall) that sells nice Nasi sambal goreng, Nasi Lemak etc.. The price is reasonable and the uncle who serve customers is very friendly. Can get EACH A CUP bubble tea next to the coffee shop. Just needs to walk a bit further down, about 2 shops away.
