Not recommended for family dinner..
Place looks rowdy with quite a few tattoo guys and gals mending the mokata stall..
It's basically a beer drinking place..

Rate three stars due to the accessibility, nearest MRT Blue Line Bendemeer + walking distance about 15 mins walks...
Best to go with car, don't have to concern with carpark slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't recommend Playground. Waited 2 hrs for the so call signature pizza & Haemee ramen on tis evening with a family of 4. Nothing special in the pizza dough other than its hand made. Waited for 2 hrs & signature pizza turned out disappointing. Firstly the appearance not appetising, dough very thin & ingredients minimal with stingy mayo. For Haemee ramen, the broth shld be ready made but have to wait for 2 hrs before served. Broth is so so only. Nothing special.Service need to improve especially in payment. Only accept Cash & Paynow.? We are now in digitalised technology. I didn't bring enough cash, lucky can PayNow.....sigh. Lok Lok is not bad except it's too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for steamboat Zhi Char on 2 Jul 2022. Ordered steamboat and 2 dishes. Placed order at 708pm. Food came at 802pm and they informed they ran out of ingredients for one dish. So had to cancel. Zhi Char store has serious headcount issue in the kitchen and on the service floor. Given free seating and no table nos, service staff is at a loss where customers are seated. The Person taking order is also helping to deliver food to tables. No beepers wereissued. Just a number on the wooden peg on your receipt. So service staff have to go table to table to identify. Zhi char store person gave me 2 x $5 discount voucher for my next visit. But no way I am coming back here again. I left it on the table. If you want quick service drinks is ok, Thai food stall is ok. Even Ben Yeo’s pizza won’t take 1hr compared to the Zhi char.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting hawker centre in the middle of industrial area. Love the homely feel with the Christmas Tree and the screens showing images of the fireplace :) didn’t eat at the stalls as already had dinner. We drive there just to check out the place as we were in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet done up place to chill and catch up with friends for a drink. Mokata and ramen are the only 2 stalls open when i was there on sunday. Ample car park. It be good if there are more varieties of food or stalls available
