An average place to skate. The staff aren't friendly and everything is expensive. Bring your own gloves if you don't want to pay $4 per gloves as gloves are compulsory. The only nice thing is they have ice hockey skates available for rental.

It wasn't bad although many reviews say. I was satisfied with the experience. On a Saturday, I arrived at 9am. The queue was about 7 or 8 groups. I waited for about 15 or 20 minutes to go in. The session for 2 hours had started when I went in but it doesn't matter for beginners. You need to bring 1 dollars coin to rent the safety locker. And they won't return the coin. If you forget to bring gloves, just buy them.

Its a good place to practice skating in peace. You enjoy the ice more and currently they allow walk-ins.

It's such an unforgettable experience and I really enjoyed it. At first you felt nervous but when you know the strategies already, u will really love it. And I'm pretty sure that I will go back there again?

Only ice skating rink in the east, not the most well maintained but its something.. decent for casual skating. Max pax is 150 at any one time. Ice the rink is usually full after each resurfacing time. Terrible thing is there is no online booking. Hence, to ensure yourself a slot, be there at least 15 mins before the next resurfacing timing (i.e. for 4pm resurfacing time, be there by 345pm. You will only be able to enter at 420pm as posted.) 10am-12noon are at times booked for events. 4pm slots are the most busy. 7pm slots are kinda empty. Bring your own ice skates if you have. Lockers are available at SGD 1. Restroom inside available. Bring your own socks (high, long, thicc ones). Bring your own gloves. Long pants and Jackets are not necessary but highly recommended.

Payment process is rather smooth and they only start accepting payments 10min before each slot. Gloves they provide used to be good quality, but now they provide “Gardening gloves” kind of quality gloves.

It was a cooling and fun environment. A best place for family members to have fun together. But it is kind of small the area. Please ensure you have the right pair of comfortable ice skating shoes. Or you will encounter ankles aching and feet discomfort. Renting of the support for newbies... $15, you have to carry into the the skating area and return yourself.... Don't expect there is any services....

I understand the frustration of most people who come early even if they want to skate in the afternoon or evening, or those who cannot manage to book even after queueing. Some IT companies should prospect the management team to modernise their system to offer better customer experience and have enough staff to manage both the ticket office and the TELEPHONE inbound calls or maybe just change the management team. Fortunately we read some comments before coming and came prepared. We didn't come during the holidays so the queue was reasonable when we arrived at 9:10 am. At 10:17 am we were finally in the ice skating ring. It takes some time between the purchase of the tickets, the shoes to change and the pre-skating selfies :-) It went smooth for us and we enjoyed the skating. Most of the people were beginners and it was a first for my daughter.
