rude, just plain rude. inefficiency at its best. called to ask about my application status (submitted on Sep 2020) on Nov 2020, Dec 2020 and Jan 2021 and all they replied was “just wait la?” i said it has been 2,3,4 months and i wasn’t sure if i’m supposed to receive a letter or a text message and again they just brushed me off with “ya, just wait la?” Then, I was called on the 3rd day of CNY and was told to come in that day to collect which obviously i couldn’t so i said i would come in on the next monday and the lady said in the call “it has been very long you know? everyone has collected except you, you know?” BRUH i WASN’T even informed or notified UNTIL the 3rd day of CNY. I called again before i went down today to ask where i could collect my item, the lady, again, said “you forgot about your cheque is it? You forgot you applied for this is it? You don’t want your cheque already is it? It has been since October 2020 and you haven’t come and collect” (As I’ve mentioned above, i was only notified on the 3rd day of CNY that i could come and collect. I DID NOT receive any form of letter or text messages too) I replied her that I still do remember my application which i had called on several occasion to enquire and she kept rambling on “you don’t want your money already is it? You don’t want ah?” ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ I then kindly end the call saying thanks i will be coming over.

Firs n foremost me need to comment on the 2 lady at the door standing who jst'RUN AWAY L''wen me asking iF she cld help me with SRV BT UNFORTUNATELY SHE DID NOT ... WHICH IM NOT SURE IF SHE WANT TO GO HME OR .... BT THE ONLY THING I SAW THAT SHE JST GO BEHIND ?ANYWAY MOVING FORWARD I WLD LIKE TO GVE A BIG THANK??????? U TO MS AIDA Who had been Great help to Me thru out helping me making booking using MY SRV...SHE SO PATIENT, KIND AND HELPFUL PERSON..MAY GOD BLESS U AND YR FAMILY.

2 basketball courts available outside the CC. Even has a small grandstand for you to rest, put your stuff on etc. The floor is anti-slip but the quality is a little old sadly. One of my favourite places to play growing up. Toilets and vending machines available nearby. Toilets are pretty clean. Oh! And there is a water cooler outside the toilet, cool clean free water :)

I went to exchange trace together token.It was extremely easy to use the vending machine. No hassle, need only to being your Nirc and the existing token. Great innovative!
