Had a very unpleasant experience with them and their staff.
My claims was a direct 3rd party claims from a Car owner who hit me from behind, After 5 months from the date of repair, lost of usage claims wasn't delivered. And they stay quiet. When questioned them why so long they push all fault to insurance company. After i call insurance company it was revealed that they only submit the claims 2 months after the repair causing all these delay. Went workshop they still can scream and denied not their fault and ask you to wait, They don't even bother to call Insurance to check the status.
