β β β β β I have been training with them for years and they have transformed me not only physically but also mentally. I like that it is realistic martial art for practical self-defense, instead of for show. There will be pain but itβs not intolerable. And I believe to really learn to protect yourself, certain degree of pain is necessary. I would recommend, and I have recommended it to everyone who is interested in learning realistic self-defense. The coaches Master Teo Yew Chye and Qin Yun Quan are both nice and welcoming and inspirational. It feels like a family to me.
