★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is very selective in answering questions. When I send an inquiry about an investment opportunity, the customer services replies very fast (within 2 hours). However, when I asked about the status on delayed payout, the customer service will not answer my query but send a general campaign update to all investors after a few hours.
Other than that, the website does not display the loan default rate. Hence, this gives a false impression that all loans have been fully paid by the SMEs or will be fully paid according to each contract term. Please be cautious that Kapital Boost is not licensed in Singapore.
