An outstanding institue for higher education. They might seems to you very professional but their education system is world class. My few friends studying there.

Just like the rest, i could vouch what past students are saying. i took a 8month diploma course in information technology and lets be honest, a rushed education isnt smth one wants. it's half pass 6 and the fundamentals are way out of whack after you graduate from this diploma. i suggest going to SIM(probably? since better reputation) or any gov diploma although it might take longer. i now fully understand that good things cant be rush. i mainly supplement or learn most of the things being taught over google/youtube. Luckily most of my lecturers are patient and willing to take the time to explain. So to sum up, last resort is kaplan if not then choose others.

My friends and I highly NOT recommend anyone to go into this school unless you just want your degree ASAP. School admin staff are rude to students, glare and tsk at students. Updates on any questions or issues had to be chased days and days with no answers. The school only replies when emails are sent to the director of the school. Lecturers are mostly there to boast about how great their qualifications are and just read off from slides, you have to do the learning mostly by yourself even when they said "Please come to me if you any questions" but ghost you when you asked questions relating to the module or subject. Only met like one or two lecturers that have the heart and passion to teach students. The one good thing that Kaplan is really good at is asking for payment. They will give only a few days notice on the school payment and make you wait in line to pay for the school fees for hours as if you have all the time in the world. They are HEAVILY money minded and have 0 care about students welfare. If I had the choice to turn back time, I would have went to another school to get my degree.

Very thankful to have my program manager Siti Amirah, she is very helpful and dedicated in helping students manage their queries and curriculum. Much better than my previous manager. Keep up the good work

I’m in the second term of my part-time deg. So far, the experience has been excellent. Most of my lecturers have been helpful while being understanding of part-time students' predicament.

Kaplan is just a money making scheme, Lessons are rushed and lecturers don't care about us. I failed my last module unexpectedly and was told I need to pay $2,000 just to retake one mod. This is pure evil. If given a choice I would prefer to study in another school they don't give us sample questions to prepare for exams. I get it I am not smart thus I needed to go to a private school. But this is no excuse for poor quality education. You will be better off going to a local poly..

Met some nice lecturers but this school generally doesn't really care about your academic progression. They built the brand and then make you pay for it and you won't get the support and service you paid for. Pretty much profit-driven. Time table planning is bad and the email support that only gives general yet arrogant replies which, you can easily read up from the FAQs. They approach you nice and all to get you to take up a course with them then provide you with little to no support after that. Basic reading materials provided and overall, terrible experience throughout my course of 2.5 years.
