★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my high pressure machine for repair after more then a week and calls still no reply as promised by their customer service . Every call they will say it's their colleague who attended the last call. Karcher is a good brand name but their service is much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my vacuum cleaner in for repair 10days ago. Was supposed to received a text or email for pick up, 15min after leaving the ctr so I dun have to wait. Until now, nothing. Called the ctr yesterday, agent promised to call me back by end of day, also nothing. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give excellent service to the Front Desk service lady when we asked for service to my SC5 steam cleaner with steam ironing. It was checked that the steam cleaner's boiler was lack of maintenance after using for 4 years and the repair cost is above $300+. She said there is CNY offer and can give 33% discount after trade in. And she also emphasised that we did not do descaling for every 6 months that caused the damage of the boiler. She also offer another 15% discount for a new steam iron. Original cost of steam cleaner is 688 and the steam iron is $199. Now only paid for $630 includes GST. Total saving $257.

Also, has dealt as professionally and as amicable in every possible way. Recommend karcher for the best value and quality, with great aftersales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my product checked out. Had to wait over two hours for queue and evaluation. There are only two front staff manning the whole place and they handle both servicing AND sales together with only one queue for everything. Had to wait for people with their sales enquiries and product demonstrations because the company didn't have the common sense to separate the two or perhaps too stingy to hire more front staff. Anyway, repair costs were almost as high as a new product (they weren't even sure what the problem was and wanted to just swap a whole part), so I wasted hours for nothing. Never dealing with this company again.
