Stylist rushed through the whole process, had terrible cutting and thinning technique which would take years to grow out. I was left dissatisfied with the outcome considering how expensive it cost.

Had tried this outlet a couple of times and notice there had always been an issue with time management but the recent experience was frustrating to say the least Booked for the lavender rose spa pedicure at 5pm - I never had a pedicure or manicure before so I wasnt sure how the process works but I was looking forward to it Arrived at 4.50pm - was only seated inside at about 5.20 pm and the pedicure only started about 5.45 pm, and then felt that everything was rushing. Then realise instead of the lavender rose spa pedicure, they did the classic pedicure instead. Understand that sometimes it can get overwhelming with many customers. I propose that if they are not able to accommodate at the timing that was booked, to perhaps gave the customer a courtesy call in advance to share there might be a delay. I wouldn't have to rush from work. Really disappointed. Was looking forward to some pampering session after a long day at work, but had a frustrating experience instead, plus given the wrong service instead of what I booked for.

Hello! It was my first time going to Karva (East Village) yesterday after being recommended by my friends and I did soft rebonding on my hair. The staffs that attended to me were friendly & helpful throughout the whole process & one even gave tips of the after care. However after leaving the store i realised that on my left side of my hair it was puffier & some parts of the hair was actually wavy. This wasn’t my first time rebonding my hair & i’ve never come across wavy hair after the session as it was always straight afterwards & usually took up to 5-6 months for it to slowly become wavy/curly again. I was disappointed with the soft rebonding outcome. Not sure if i would want to return again months later for touch ups & treatment for my hair after such experiences.

first visit and was very happy. sorry that i was so rush till i didn't get the female stylist and the receptionist name. i want to thank you both so much for rushing my hair colour for me. will definitely visit again.

Had a great me time over at EV Karva. Hair stylist Kiki was quick to let me know that I had dandruff at the back of my hair and recommended hair treatment to treat it. Head+shoulder massage by her assistant was great too during in between treatments. Thank you both!! :))

Hello! I am a first-time customer with Karva at East Village. I have just done my hair treatment with Kiki. I am very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She explained beforewhand what she was about to do with my hair. She applied the treatment softly and gave a long good hair wash while massaging it gently.
