★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store on 12 July 2021 afternoon. The service by the two Chinese staff was very good though we didn't buy anything the first round. We went back for a pair of shoes in the end. The lady in glasses spoke very well and clear and has very warm personality. The other lady without glasses who sold us the shoes was equally good and friendly in helping us with the membership application. Will surely visit again the next time when we swing by.

She was friendly, polite, enthusiastic and very helpful without making us feel annoyed by her presence. I bought a pair of earrings which didn't cost much but her service was exceptional. We left feeling really happy and I hope to see more sales staff in SG like her! Thank you Emma for making our day.
