Don’t go here for cut flowers or bouquets definitely not worth it! I ordered a bridal bouquet from here and it was $100 and I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth. First of all it wasn’t what I asked for or anything like the pictures I showed them. I told them I didn’t want roses and they put in roses. It also was wrapped poorly with 1 ribbon and dripping water everywhere, there was no thought put into the bottom. When we tried to complain they refused to listen and did nothing to fix it.

Love this place as compared to the nurseries opposite Panasonic as it has parking space and no stress to shop for CNY plants. In terms of pricing, not too sure if it's the lowest though.

Purchased a yellow palm from them, and despite keeping it in ideal conditions, sections of the plant gradually died (the other plants we got around the same time had no issues). As we were transplanting it to find out what was wrong, we found out that there was a hardened case of old mud around the roots and we had cut through the it with a large knife as not even water could soften or penetrate it. Inside the mud case and all over the roots was an entire ants nest! We don't have ants in our house so the ants originated from the store. We removed as much of the ants nest as possible, but the roots were too damaged by then and we couldn't salvage the plant. When I called the store hoping to find some compensation (like a healthy plant this time), the owner (older lady) was very rude and snapped back asking "what you want me to do??". It was even more tedious going there in person to reach a compromise, as she kept deflecting and shirking responsibility over selling me a plant that was destined to die. In the end, she settled on giving me a plant that was roughly half the price of what I paid for the yellow palm. I honestly would have continued to patronise this store because the gardeners were always friendly and knowledgeable, but not anymore thanks to the owner's attitude and shoddy plant quality control. **In response to owner's reply: Thank you for responding to my review. I appreciate the calm approach, and would like clarify on some details. The main issue I had with my plant purchase last year was that it already infested with ants from the store, and it took time for the ants to eat away at the roots and eventually kill the plant. It basically was a defective product, which I had no way of knowing about and therefore hoped to get compensation for it. The customer should not be expected to cut through hardened soil and roots to inspect for ants nests (when they have no ants in their home) and also ending up irreparably damaging the plant. At the store, the lady in charge claimed to have no records of my purchase, despite me showing the transaction on my bank statement (which included the cost of a new pot). She refused to give a refund (which I was okay with, as I really just wanted a healthy plant the whole time) and we argued for some time on the actual cost of the plant if I wanted to exchange it for a new one. This whole time she was able to pull the records to see how much I actually paid for the plant? Interesting. If the customer service my family and I received had matched the professionalism in this review's reply, the whole situation would have been a different story.

Feel cheated! Wanted to buy lily and I was told white lily $7 each initially, so I bought 2 lily plus some “do not forget me” recommended by the lady. When paying the bill, I was told it’s $23. So I asked how this ended up with $23, lily only $14, and the tiny “do not forget me” can not be more expensive than lily? the lady explained lily she charged $8 each, not $7. I asked why, said it’s because it’s bigger. Excuse ???You should have told me before you cut and wrapped it.. and its big or not is really subjective, it looks exactly the same as others. Nvm. So asked what’s the price for “do not forget me”. The lady Said “it’s $4 to $5 each, I gave you two and because it’s smaller, so I charged you $7. But I can give you $22 in total, so $1 discount “. I thought it’s quite reasonable, so I paid the bill and left. When I got home, just found out “ do not forget about me” are not fresh at all! looked at the yellow and dried stem and leaves. That’s worth $7 ? Now I know why the lady quickly grabbed it and wrapped it up, didn’t want me to check the details. First time gave bad reviews on Google.

Might be a little pricey but the staff are professional and fast working. I got a freshly made eustoma bouquet, freshly made carnation bouquet, and a single stalk of rose for $50. Not bad!

Forget about expensive boutique flower shops if you’re looking for a bouquet. This place can also do flower customisation. I just did a custom sunflower bouquet in the pic for S$30. Good price! Why I rate it 5 Stars: ✅ Wide selection of flowers ✅ Very fresh flowers (they have a cold room to keep them fresh) ✅ Free parking ✅ Can customise on the spot ✅ Reasonable prices My new go to place for flowers ?

Got Cheated - Felt Exploited - Not Value for money Got Cheated: Me and wife went there for the first time. We bought 3 tiny succulents for our mini Aquarium, an Aloe Vera, Mona Lavender (Plectranthus), Hydrocotyle umbellata and two plastic plates for the flower pots. My wife chose the plants and paid the bill SG$42. We started heading out and I told my wife that the place feels a bit expensive as I had to pay SG$42. My wife quickly pointed that it should be SG$32 as she asked the staff about the price of each plant while choosing them. I checked the bill and realized there was an extra charge of SG$10. We headed back to the billing counter and told the lady about extra charge. The billing lady pretended as if it was a mistake (she didn't even look at the bill) and immediately refunded us by voiding the bill (how does she know there was an extra charge without even checking the bill before agreeing to refund). We felt cheated even though they refunded eventually. Felt Exploited: We asked the staff if they can put one of the plants in our own pot. The staff saw our pot and told us the plant will not fit in it (and that is fine). We headed to the billing counter to enquire if we can return or exchange the plant, A male staff told us that we should buy the plant we are holding as it is only SG$3, he doesn't know that we already paid SG$4 for that plant. The billing lady quickly whispered in his ears that we were charged SG$4, the man then kept quiet. We didn't like such experience and left the place. Not Value for money: We felt some plants were expensive because we saw the same plants(same size) in Cold Storage for lower price. FYI: Not all plants have price tagged on them, some are tagged and some are not (so it's easy to cheat in my opinion). Overall we had pretty bad first impressions. Won't recommend unless you are good with the market price of plants.
