★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residents are not friendly, once I just rang the doorbell wrongly, apologised but not enough, the resident went to the security and tried to confront me at the gate. Even though it was unintentional and with apology. Unfriendly neighbours. And security guard is another issue. Kevin Chia has a bad attitude and is rude and aggressive even to delivery person who is sending stuff to resident, forcefully stop people from going with intention to start a quarrel. First time I see security guard provoke and want to start a conflict and so confrontational instead of diffusing conflict. Use words like "no brain", "get lost". I called management to feedback, management office took my call, didn't even listen to the full feedback, cutoff midway and didn't pick up again. Not sincere in taking service feedback. Poor management feedback system, no emails too. Please do not reside here. I won't want to live in a place like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fire the cleaners for nothing, and the drains are old and rusty. Many houses with renovations, and they renovate after the end date. Tell the management, the management don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised why there were a lot of negative reviews here. We lived in KG for 4 years and it was one of our best times in Singapore! (I have lived in like 8 apartments before that). Friendly neighbours, very family friendly. My kids love it. The walls are definitely not thin compared to new condos!! Great community and families, kids running around the lawn. The place is not tiptop but that adds to the charm of the condo.
