★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the showroom in Aug 2019, served by the salesperson Andy Teo. Promised about high quality workmanship and additional warranty. Showroom looks nice and have quite a variety of selection.
Issue happened after sales. Delivered item didn't meet expectation as per agreed in showroom.
Contacted Andy over 4 times, tons of different excuses every time.
Very disappointed with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended, worst place to buy furniture. I bought my sofa 2 yr ago and they say there's warranty 5 yr. Now my sofa seats sink down and went to their showroom to look for the salesman to ask. He tells me to give him details and will get back, after 3 days there's no news. I called him he say still checking and the sales say best have invoice. So the next day I send him invoice and he say will check. Another few days later I called him again he tells me be patient, he say his Company not dealing only my case, there are many cases to handle.
So meaning he is telling me that his Company's products are very bad that's why many cases. Till today my case has already 2 weeks is still no sound no news no pictures.
What do you all think?
