I have bought my furniture in 2019, three (3) years later i receive message from them to trade in my old fourniture to get new set of new furniture with the discounted price. The customer service level is very good compare to others even their after sales sevice is also bery good and caring. Anytime i call thete is always someone to entertain us to solve our problem. Typical same old trick. Check and triple confirmed with ready stock (coz i don't want to wait) then I paid the sofa for next week delivery. Few days later called me saying "oh sorry warehouse no stock so have to cancel my order". Even asked to check again and still firm with the stand. So i accepted the cancellation waiting for full refund. We exchanges call for days though. Suddenly a call came saying we want stock blar blar leh (Raya period so should be delay other pax order to fulfill mine) and will resume to send me. Again, but i m closed as you told me to cancel and so i see other places for it, don't expect us to wait your miracle and to have 2 sets of different sofa in living hall. Already informed your sales to cancel and don't try stunt on insisted delivery and yet your delivery still attempt to deliver to my address at 2230hrs in weekday shouting on phone for delivery which i rejected. Latest Kawah call again to insist they have stock and i cannot don't take it. Come on, what are you guys doing? Just cancel my order and keep things peace going and may have next time. It will turn sour if you continue your persistent that is no wrong. Recommendation - personally, No.

I bought a sofa and coffee table from them, too many defects, I allowed them to change 3 times, and all the 3 times came with new defects, at last they say that their product is out of stock have to wait a few months. I told them they can keep the deposit I made, and I purchased from another furniture shop. Worst sales I ever bought. They keep pestering to come after 9 months to come change when I already changed the whole table and the sofa set, they even called me after a year to say I can replace it for you. Regret and wasted my time and money on such poor quality products. Never buying from them.

John was patience enough to serve me when I was here. He explained clearly and able to answer all.my queries. He is polite and courteous as well. Thumbs up for his services.

Excellent service ! Salesman "Aaron" was very patient with us, he'd ask and understand our needs before introducing, no hard sell. Manage to get our sofa and dining set within our budget. ?

John attended to our queries n was very helpful. We managed to purchased sofa sets n 2 queen size bedroom sets from him.. lastly he recommended the coffee table.. I’m very glad to his service…

The installation timing was very punctual.. Service guy JM3104 was very patient and helpful.. Will recommend purchase!

Customer Service was really up to mark! John the manager helped us alot and also gave us ideas and suggestions. Products are also modern and in style.
