Kayak Fishing Fever

We had a great time with our energetic and experienced guides, Amos and Henry! They were very observant, super helpful and patient. They paddled over to us quickly whenever anyone caught anything or had any issues with the rod. I for one kept getting my hook stuck but they were so patient with me! Their instructions were also clear. They took many great photos for us and surprised us at the end with some ice cold refreshments. Perfect! Fever was also very accommodating and helpful throughout the booking process, even though there were multiple changes in view of Covid-19 restrictions. Thank you Fever and our awesome guides for a wonderful morning!

What an amazing experience! I’m not really a morning person hence was slightly apprehensive about waking up early to reach the meet up point at 7am, but it was all worth it. Our guide, Nathaniel, was amazing. He was always on the look out for us to make sure we had fun and most importantly, were safe. I love his energy and his sharing of fun fact related to fishing, the landscape and the biodiversity. Time went by very quickly and we managed to catch a few fishes. We caught a total of 11 fishes during this trip albeit most of them were small fishes. I enjoyed learning about the importance of catch and release and about sustainability in general. I highly recommend Fever if you’re looking for a fun outdoor activity while learning about fishing and biodiversity. Thanks again Nat for guiding us through the trip. We are already making plans for future trips with Fever. Next time, instead of apprehension, I’ll be looking forward to waking up early for kayak fishing!!

It was raining heavily on the morning of the fishing trip in Sentosa but the Fever team kept us updated on the status of the clouds/rain as we waited it out at McDonald's at RWS. When the rain cleared and it was time to go, I was so impressed by the gear that they have! The kayaks are well maintained and they have professional fishing gear. Even their prawn bait -- marinated in oil and garlic -- smelled so yummy to the humans. Barak and Jo our guides were very professional and very knowledgeable. Before we set off, Barak taught us the technique of fishing which I found really, really helpful. He made the trip fun with his jokes and through the walkie talkie, guided us to the fishing spots. We went with another family of friends and there were nine of us together. All of us caught many fish! It helped that the Fever team has a radar to scan the seabed for marine activities. And best of all, we didn't have to worry about any of us dropping the phone into the ocean while trying to take photos as Barak and Jo helped us take many memorable photos with their DSLR camera, which they edited before sending to us! Actually, what was even better was the surprise drinks and chocolate bar that they handed out at the end of the trip. Engaged Fever-On Fishing Kayak Trip on 23 Mar 2022. Set off 0700hrs @ Changi Point. From the meet-up, it was a punctual, very pleasant and friendly introduction to the guide and another accompanying kayak member. Regardless of your expertise in fishing or sea-going experience, Amos(our guide) ran through the kayak usage, fishing techniques and local fishing knowledge with us. I was a total newbie in fishing and I had a blast catching 3 x "Big" fishes. The whole trip was fun, and we were well-taken of by Amos when out at seas. At no time, you will feel unsafe being on a Kayak. An advice to any foreigners or sea-going newbies, please wear something for 100% coverage for the protection of your skin. Sea-water drying up under 34 degs of heat is going to stay on your memories for days. Have a blast of fun times . .

So much to love about Kayak Fishing Fever! I really enjoy kayaking but I have never fished before, while my partner is an avid fishing enthusiast, and we both had a tonne of fun! Our guide Barak knew exactly where to go to get the best catches. Our lines barely hit the ocean floor and we could already feel nibbles on the line! We caught a variety of fishes and Barak was able to identify them all. He was very knowledgeable about the sport and taught us alot about fishes and fishing techniques. He also took some great pictures of us throughout the whole trip! It's so much fun, can't wait to go again!

Had an Amazing trip. The instructor(forgot his name) was very friendly n helpful. He captured beautiful photos for us while fishing. Thank you for that! Caught a few fishes too. My first time doing kayak fishing and it is fun! Looking forward to do it again but gonna try different location.

Went on their kayak-sail tour and the tour guides are amazingly multi-talented to pull off this tour. We went around Pulau Ubin and stopped at a kelong where they cooked a live fish for us to taste. Along the way, they took photos of us with professional cameras. Check out the profile-pic worthy photos they took of me (rest of the photos are by myself). I told them they're literally part-time tour guide-chef-cum-photographer. And Aaron's commentary is really vivid and engaging 'cause he's conducted interviews with the Ubin residents. Part-time historian too eh? Our route took us from open sea to mangrove swamp to rivers to kelong so we had to move up and down with our kayak sails very frequent. Aaron and Joseph worked together to ensure minimal downtime at these crossings and kept us updated constantly so that the whole tour was smooth sailing ⛵ I was lucky to enjoy a promo from their Facebook Ads and I made sure I tipped both the guides. Received the photos from them a week later and I am really pleased with the entire experience. Can I give 6-stars?

Awesome experience and bonding with my boy. Fever kayak fishing certainly did not disappoint. (fishing guide) Ron brought us to favourable spots to fish and also entertained us with jokes and trivia questions along the way. Highly recommended.
