Kazoku Japanese Cuisine

I ordered through Deliveroo and the food came promptly. Even though the beef steak was medium well, it was still tender and tasty. Would definitely order again.

The price was ok, but the beef quality is not as good, the meat was tasteless, but if you’re working nearby and just want to get quick lunch, its not too bad. Ordered the saba also, and it was good, the potato salad was yummy too! Just that the beef rice was pretty disappointing for a beef lover like me (maybe i put too high expectations before i come haha)

Very lovely mentaiko rice – reasonably priced on their own, but even more worthwhile with Burpple 1-1! I only wished the meal would have been served warmer, it would have made a whole lot of difference. An unassuming place and good for afternoon lunches, and they have discounts for people working in the vicinity too.

My first taste from Kazoku was a delivery because of the recent Heightened Alert in Singapore. We ordered several dishes some a hit and some a miss. I'm sorry I do not know the names of the dishes as my daughter was the one who did the ordering so I'm just posting the pics and give description to what I know. I do like their sashimi especially their mekajiki. Their sashimi were really fresh. Their maki were also good. The sliced beef "steak" with garlic bits on the side was very tender. The curry beef rice was nice but it would be better if there was more gravy. The rice in that dish however did not look or taste like Japanese rice (I'm not saying its not, I'm just saying they don't taste like it to me), to me it was just short - grained variety. My grandchildren had the salmon with rice and they finished it so it should be good. We also had fried chicken wings that were served with Thai sweet chilli sauce which I didn't like, the batter/crust was quite hard and tasteless. What I would order again from Kazuko will most likely be their fresh sashimi and tender beef "steak". Overall, an enjoyable dinner from a takeaway meal stance.

Super big oysters with ikura. See the pic. 6piece for $26.90, ie $3.50 per piece On top of that, great variety of food. Make sure u check out the various menus. All time beer promotion for Friday. 3 for $27 for 1664, asahi & black. Like a food court but not a food court.

Burpple 1 for 1 was super worth because this only cost $6.50!! Went on a Sunday lunch, plenty of space. Delicious!! They have alcohol deals since it is also a pub, do check it out ?

Had an excellent lunch at Kazoku yesterday. Food was very good value for money and service was prompt. Good for family meals.

Ordered the beef don and added the miso soup, salad and chawamushi. Miso soup was not bad. Salad was refreshing with the roasted sesame dressing. Chawamushi was ok. Could use more dashi flavour. Beef don was not bad. Also ordered the California handroll which was good. Overall not too bad.
