The fancoil unit was very choked with dust and mold and the aircon technicians Sathyan and Rajah did a very fantastic job to advise, clean and service the units including the outdoor condensers. Now the aircon unit is running smoothly, clean and cold. Am very happy and satisfied with the services. Will definitely use KBE again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really horrible horrible service. Booked an appointment for them to turn up at the company at 9am. They claimed that PIE is jammed and workers only turned up at 9.45am. Without solving the aircon leaking problem, they rushed to their next appointment and left our company at 10am without fixing our aircon leak. This is despite us have annual servicing contract with us, yet this is their treatment on customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap. That is the only thing you get for it. Cheap service and shoddy workers. They installed 3 units fast in a day and as they were getting tired, their workmanship went down as their morale. They installed wrongly at the end, so they decided to force and squeeze the insulation pipes into a bend. 1 month later, I realized they didn't seal the pipes properly resulting in a leak, so I contacted them. They said they will get back to me. They didn't. I reminded them, they said the same thing. Unsurprisingly, they forgot again. Nevermind I solved it myself. Now another leak with all the insulation sweating with condensation. They said they will come down at 3pm. On that day, They turned up in the morning when no one was home. Please save yourself some time and do not patronize this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience on KBE aircon servicing EVER.
Unprofessional technician accidentally broke my CU, and push the blame to customer.
My aircon were working fine, just not cold enough. So I decided to give KBE aircon service a try, after KBE's "professional" service, my aircon were not cold AT ALL, after the "professional" inspection from KBE, I was inform that my CU was damaged and need to spend $1000 to repair it, or replace a new CU.
I look for another team for inspection and i was told that IT IS an human made damage to the CU motherboard.
KBE refuse to take the responsibility and decided to refund only partially service fund to me.
Worst experience on KBE aircon servicing EVER.
Take care if u are choosing KBE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shammu and Peter did a great job cleaning all my air con units. They both made sure that the place is properly cleared up before moving on to the next unit to clean. Very thorough and experienced. Gave me pointers to help my air con to last longer. Totally recommend this company!!
