★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and dishonest. A lady boss wearing spectacles in her middle age attend to my purchase previously. Tried exchanging an item with the same lady. Return items is brand new and unopen, bought less than 24hrs. In additon, with a goodwill of heart i tried purchasing additional products at the same time, still she was quite unhappy to exchange. In the end, sold me the item i wish to purchase at double the price when i compare elsewhere. Patronise at ur own risk.
