โ โ โ โ โ Excellent place to buy raw duck and duck parts. Itโs a small factory type place but they do retail at the office in front. Staff are very friendly and patient. Place looks very nice and clean. Most pleasant experience buying from Kendo Trading.

โ โ โ โ โ The raw items are ok but do not try their braised duck or roast duck!! The braised duck is so salty it was almost inedible. Got to use water to rinse out the salt. The roast duck is so hard and dry I gave it to the dogs. Wonโt be buying their cooked stuff anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ They missed out an item on Monday so I asked for refund but they insisted will replace for me. I informed them not to deliver on Wednesday as I will not be at home but they still sent and just hung the chicken at my riser door and left it there until I got home at night. Didn't even bother to inform me! The chicken had already gone bad. What kind of irresponsible meat seller is this? I have reported them to the relevant authorities. Please if you have any such issues with this type of seller, just report them, don't allow behaviour like this to slip by. I know its a few dollars item but this kind of attitude can kill someone with bad food handling, this cannot be dismissed lightly!

โ โ โ โ โ They improved their packaging, sometimes the duck is extremely salty or waxy taste...braised duck can find duck hair on it...the roasted skin is chewy and oily. Can't expect much for this price but i wish they could improve their customer service even they are factory outlet type. If possible, improve your chili sauce.... it isn't hard.
