K	Kel Bin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is like marina barrage but lesser people. At the point when I visit, there are lots of sandflies. Carpark is approximately 750m away, which is a 10 min walk. Still, it can be a good alternatives for a picnic.

S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chill place for a jog or picnic. Do note that the nearest carpark is a distance away so be prepared to walk if you are driving over. Its currently not as famous as it's counterpart, marina barrage, but I expect it to be as famous in no time. I didn't see covered shelters so prepare wet weather arrangements. All in all, a nice place to visit.
J	JOcean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only way to reach this plant is via the walking / cycling path from Fort road/ East Coast Park or Tanjong Rhu. Very quaint and serene place to be. Not suitable for hot weather as there is practically no shelters. View on the open green roof is good as it offers another prespective of Marina Gardens in the backdrop. This looks like a great place to chill out in the evenings/nights. Given it four stars mainly because of the quietness and lack of crowds due to its inaccessibility.
T	Ting Yong Ong (Ting Yong) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out Marina Barrage instead! Place was quite boring with many posters constantly reminding you that it’s a private property of Keppel. The staff at guardhouse intercom told me it’s private property and I had to figure my own way out for parking. Not very friendly. It’s quite a distant away from Marina so the view is nothing to be excited about. Only toilet in the area, no F&B because it’s private property. Many people cycle past the area enroute from gardens by the bay, Marina barrage to east coast park. Check out those places instead. Their focus is as a desalination plant and not a tourist attraction.
R	Richard See on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 03 Mar 2022: Morning walk from ECP Car Park B1 to Gardens by the Bay East, took a break at Keppel Marina East Desalination Plant...nice view of our city skyline from the roof garden. Pretty quiet on weekday...occasionally you will see some folks walking or jogging around the promenade or cycling around the cycling path. If you are driving; the nearest car park will be at Fort Road or ECP Car Park B1.
