Rude cashier staff. Very slow. Chicken not fully cooked.

For now, it's probably the freshest and has it's awesome taste. Ordered at 2.30+pm.

Went in for take away last night. The Guy in the cashier was rude. Just try to add on some cheesy fries for $5 after the payment yet he gave so much complaint and told me to order properly/ahead next time. Sorry I won’t order again here next time. I give another star for the speed of food is well packed and correct.

Just ordered the chicken tenders (3 pieces). Cost is SGD4.50nett. It is so SALTY, it is almost inedible. The texture is a little dry, which i normally would not care about for a mediocre fast-food chain like KFC. The picture i attach is after consuming one and a half pieces. They still use plastic bags to pack takeout foos in this day and age-i don't need the plastic bag. Service is not terrible but also not good enough. The queue was relatively short but i was left standing at the cashier for several minutes eventhough i can see at least five crew standing around that were not completely occupied. I get it that the cashier is the order taker and that person was gone for a short while but a few people standing around... i think can be better since i can see two open cash registers. Thr second cashier appears to be occupied with one other customer who was slow. Ambience is average. It is a small outlet which doesn't have its own tables/chairs for sitting and is set up primarily for takeaway and delivery. It is uncomfortably warm inside the glass doors because of the heat from the kitchen and poorly maintained air conditioner barely blowing from the ceiling. Makes people want to leave as soon as they can. In future, i will get my fried chicken a few doors down.

I rmbr when it first opened. All the food is high quality standard, tastes nice. But now, their standard dropped alot. A few times the chicken actually tastes juicy and tender. But now mostly, it taste like vomit. Once I ate their chicken here, I felt like I wanted to vomit. It taste so awful. Chicken dry, unseasoned and sometimes it's way too much, especially the special monthly limited food. Egg tart taste bland, not sweet. Popcorn chicken, fries and burgers are the only one which tastes decent. Now done with the food, lets talk about service. Some workers there are nice, but few are plain horrible. Not once, not twice but a few times the workers forgot our oders. So for god sake please fix this s**ty restaurant and improve the standard.

Why is kfc the only store here that doesn't have dine in seating?( used to be able to eat outdoors but out of the sudden they decided they're too of an restaurant to have dine in services. Seriously! It's not a drive thru store non a stand alone store there with no dine in services around. Worse store ever!

Don't bother about ordering online via the app. Did few times due to early knock off from work. End up order not done even 20mins after designated time slot. The physical Q is faster than those online orders. (Joke) It's not the 1st time. Another Kannot FC.

On 11Feb2022 Raining whole day and No Crispy Chicken. The alternative Crunchy Lays collaboration introduced is extremely terrible. The chicken extremely salty. The MSG bites into the tongue. How can KFC introduce such terrible food? Before rolling out an item, who authorised? Aren’t there foodies within the company to try before a roll-out? On 6Feb2022 encountered two GEMS • pleasant disposition, friendly, courteous and helpful. The Crispy Chicken good. The Milo terrible. All the drinks are terrible. No more Chicken Skin which is a promo item, not on the regular menu.
