โ โ โ โ โ I have been a patron to this branch for very long, but honestly its quality has gone down the drain. I have been counting how many times they got my orders wrong and recently, 4/5 times they would give me the wrong chicken body part. If there aren't any, KFC employees would usually inform me but these new employees never said anything.
Additionally, it is quite often they would forget to provide utensils (spoon for mash potatoes, fork for cheese fries). Also, the past 3 times I bought from this branch, my drink was forgotten, which has caused me to write this review in hopes of improvement by the staff.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was there on Tuesday for the $9 KFC deal after 9pm. As the store had run out of chicken, they had to fry. I waited for about 10 min and the staff was so friendly to constantly look out and apologised using body language.
When I eventually got the item, staff again apologised for the wait.
Very friendly and good service even though they are busy with the promotion ?

Queued for 1 hour plus.. even asked the workers if enough chicken and they say yes
End up just before I was about to order they told the person in front of me that no more chicken and everyone including me and the 15 other people queueing up had to just leave after waiting for so long
Never ever go to kfc when there is a big deal because they can't handle
And they were only 3 staff working ??

โ โ โ โ โ Been here couple times now. Same observation - severely understaffed, place is not upkept as staff are always seen rushing orders.
Orders taken online or in store have long wait times. Orders tend to miss out items due to duh - understaffed.
Staff were seen arguing although they tried to keep it low.
Better luck visiting the outlet in Nanyang or Jurong Point unless you are desperate for it.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely Slow service for a fast food restaurant. Long queue yet the staffs took their own sweet time. Breakfast service but at 10.30am ran out of eyes so essentially all breakfast items on their promotional menu like pancakes platter, waffle platter, sunrisers, wraps that all contain eggs cannot be servedโฆ then their kitchen staffs are heard arguing amongst one another loudly saying โdonโt raise your voice at meโ and they proceeded walk over to quarrel instead of rushing out the orders for their impatient waiting customers. I went in the outlet to take out and started the queue at 10.11am with only 3 people ahead of me in the queue. And had left the outlet with my takeout finally done at 10.39amโฆ what fast food?!
