★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited at counter for like 10 mins (no people in front of me) to order one Ala carte to know that the item is out of stock. Just one poor guy trying to clear backlog. No sight of cashier. Need to step up with your staffing problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, 20 cents change but give me 4 5cents coins and claims the whole restaurant do not have any coins. If your restaurant has no 10cent or 20cent, maybe can consider closing down?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No queue in front of me but Aunties were struggling to pack online orders. 10mins later when I got to order, Auntie was pleasant trying her best to compose herself to take the order. Got my order another 10 min later. KFC management is getting 1 star but those hard working Aunties deserve the world and kindness from everyone. They came to do their job and we just need a bit more patience. It's not their fault the management cannot hire more to help. In a rush and feel the need to grab and go? Go somewhere else.

I was running late for my pick up order and they put it under the heater(?) to keep it warm for me.
