Wings not bad. A bit hard though

Friendly staff and my order can get it fast . Good job!

i have been here twice this year and there is always this cranky grumpy chinese man who seems to be in his 40s, complaining. just this morning, i heard him tell his lady colleague about the work load he had yesterday and turned back to his cashier.. as he saw that i already left the money i owe him for my order on the counter, he muttered “this one haven’t ask to pay, want to pay already”. i rmbr this man very well cause the previous time i saw him, he was shouting at a chinese lady who seemed like a foreigner and she was handling the cashier, attending to customers and also packing delivery orders. all the grab riders were getting impatient and yet the chinese man did nothing to help but only shout at his colleague. me and my brother waited quite long for our order and the foreign lady was very nice, she kept apologising. unfortunately, i didn’t get that crooked good for nothing man’s name. it is such a small outlet and yet people are left unhappy

Decent small outlet. Food quality somehow doesn't seem to match those bigger outlets... Personal opinion though..

7/4/22 7pm order a 3 pc meal takeaway. Only receive 2 pc. And he can still charge me the 3 pcs meal price. Dunno he forgot or act blur. Anyeay too late to return when i found out at home

My mum add on to switch to cheese fries and juice. No spring onions as seen in pic. Cheese or mayonnaise fries? When told that change was not returned, staff said repetively it's not a huge matter. The fried chicken is not flavourful and hot. Feel like kfc is deproving for most outlets. I used to come here in the past when schooling. Certainly not this level of standard.

Went there earlier today and this angsty man at his 40s was scolding his staff. Showed bad customer service to me and shouted vulgarities on me repeatedly despite telling him ive waited for about 45 minites for my order. Fella was throwing tantrum to his staff. Slamming the shelves door and banging the table infront of the customers too. The fact that i came to him and asked for my order politely and he still had the audacity to shout at me. Such excellent customer service!! Pity the staff there. Scolding one of the aunty who was fasting and telling her she is slow and not effective. Staff eventually cried and continued to work.

Tucked away in a corner, this oulet has a decent space.Can hold abt 30/40 pax.Not much crowd@ the time(morning) I went.Staff@ counter seems stressed despite having only 3customers@that time.Didnt have a friendly tone when the customer infront asked something.? Floor was wet(mopping).
