★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue was extremely long, service is really slow so used the self service kiosk. But it's not that user friendly. Waited 25 mins for my queue to be called. Fries was cold!? After 25mins of wait fries is still cold... only the fried chicken was hot.

Order one 3 piece meal need to wait 30mins.
One old aunty working on weekday night 8.30pm.
Movement so slow already still no people help.
Save yourself some time just go amk or mac. Where the manager?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd visit, both my order was not as per what I wanted but I will come again. Thanks to one of the staff at the counter @ an older looking gentleman. Try his level best to be friendly and try to get the order sorted out as much as possible. Kudos to him. Please reward this employee whom really have the passionate to serve despite his situation ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a bit biased since im used to the taste of KFC in Malaysia..In Singapore they are using frozen chicken which is common to them but tasted very differently to my liking..the service and cleanliness of this premise is excellent tho!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff is really freindly and order was correct. chicken is nice, as expected from the signature fried chicken at KFC. It's a newly renovated store so everything is nice, clean and contemporary with various choices of seats. Very comfortable place to sit and drink coffee or whatever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had tried Kentaro and chicken skin.... not so WOW as we thought. Kentaro is heavy and gets real messy after a while as the structure disintegrated. Chicken skin is crispy and contain a free meat. Seems chicken skin still taste better with the chicken. The skin itself becomes “bland” without the meat. Overall, the original 2 pcs chicken meal is still the best.
Updated: Shoyu chicken best flavor for 2020, spicy and hinge of Shoyu...even the breast meat was flavored well.

Due to Covid, I try to use more contactless payment, stickers on the cashier, there are kinds of contactless payment gateways, but at the end, I had to pay cash… Tried Apple Pay, Google Pay, EZ-Link App all cannot! Worst, also my fault as I didn’t check, only notice the wrong item when I reached home. I ordered Triple down, they gave me double down. Receipt shown Triple, actual item was double which was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the food at this outlet has been extremely poor, for as long as I can remember. These are the tenders. This is also the curry rice box. BARELY ANY CURRY. Disappointing. Do not recommend people to come here. The PizzaHut RIGHT BESIDE has much better service and quality of food.
